Zabrina Tolson

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Mrs. Tolson comes to B&D as the firm's first network technician. Her past experience includes serving as a help desk analyst at the Association of Health-System Pharmacists, where she supported 220 people, 30% of whom were off site. Her responsibilities include day-to-day trouble-shooting and problem-solving. She also customized and led orientations for new hires and continuously provided software training on an individual and small group basis.

As a computer instructor at The Technical Learning Center, Mrs. Tolson taught students Microsoft Office suite and other vital software components. Her other contributions ranged from the basic (teaching others how to type) to the complex (preparing students for Microsoft Certification exams), as well as teaching professional development courses (interview techniques, résumé writing, etc.). She also worked as an assistant manager at K-Mart, managing 35 employees and providing extensive customer service.

At B&D, Mrs. Tolson brings organizational skills, initiative, leadership, and a strong belief in how teamwork can promote positive institutional change.
