Buildings are more than mere brick and mortar. They also represent cash flows and human behavior patterns, and your facility development challenges may require solutions that address all of these components. B&D has carefully assembled its staff to reflect and execute a multi-disciplinary approach which incorporates each of these components and focuses on their relationship to one another. Like each component in the building process, each part of our project team relates to every other part in a way that builds and maintains the integrity of the whole.

We recruit architects, economists, planners, construction managers, finance specialists, management consultants, and other experts and carefully train each in the unique aspects of "quality of life" facilities and the specialized methodologies and systems we implement. Each B&D staff member is highly skilled in several disciplines and understands the way each discipline relates to and influences the others, thereby maximizing the value of each client interaction. By bringing together diverse skill sets on every project team, B&D engineers a process designed to produce better projects, and to deliver them faster.
