Brailsford & Dunlavey is a facility planning and program management firm dedicated to serving major educational institutions, public agencies, and non-profit clients. Our "Value Management" approach to facility development seeks to respond to the basic problem facing any entity which seeks to develop new or renovate existing facilities: How can the project achieve its strategic objectives in the most economical manner possible?
